Philosophy

Dr. Cluff’s goal is to help her clients improve their relationships through better communication. Understanding the emotions that underlie some of the issues experienced throughout different life stages and relationships lies at the heart of her approach. Developing an understanding of any issues at hand is one of the many ways in which therapy can offer valuable insights and support. Learning these skills can have lasting positive effects on relationships, whether they are with your partner, your child, or a relative.

How she can help

Dr. Cluff applies the principles of evidence-based treatments while paying close attention to individual circumstances and honoring the challenges we all face on our journey through life. Dr. Cluff’s approach with couples is based on the belief that “everybody brings something to the table”. The repair and deepening of a connection to a loved one can be a liberating experience when trust has been compromised. Learning about the tools that are available to help repair and heal relationships is a powerful resource that Dr. Cluff’s approach offers her clients.
